What data do we collect?

Our Company collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc)

  • “Your bio” a short description of yourself in your own words

  • Our staff do not have access to the passwords you set for access.

Morphic Technology collects your data so that we can:

  • Carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

  • Allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so.

  • Notify you about changes to our service.

  • Connect you with other users and make use of the app for communications. 

  • Process your order and manage your account.

  • Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like (you can opt out of these emails at any time)

If you agree, Morphic Technology will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services. If we plan to do this we will inform you and request your permission. 

When Morphic Technology processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data on secure cloud servers in Europe.  And at 105-107 Easter Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH7 5PP.

Morphic Technology will keep your person and other details for 3 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data. 

Marketing

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
